Making Time convert into nice times over long periods. #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
At the moment, I think %time% isn't turned into "nice" times over long 
periods - as in 10:22 AM Apr 13th rather than "about 6 days ago". It works on 
short periods, like a few minutes or hours, just not more than that.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want all times to convert into "nice values", up until say, "more than a 
year ago".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
