Flowbite and Ash-Auth changes #12

  1. Add Flowbite app shell
  2. Wrap live views with ash authentication
  3. Add patch navigation example from Svelte
  4. Add a tooltip example
  5. Sync Pyro and Skeleton styles
  6. Added username log but it's not working yet
  7. Disable svelte SSR temporarily
