Context In order to increase awareness of our internal team members we want to develop a detailed and accurate user persona that represents our internal Dev Launchers UX designers.

Acceptance criteria The researcher should design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and other qualitative research methods to gather insights and data.

The persona should include:

• An alliterative name
• A headshot
• Real-life job title
• A personal statement or tagline
• Narrative or bio
• Role Tasks
• Pain points, motivators, and other relevant data
