[BUG] Idea Submission content fixes #1394

Steps to replicate are

Go to IdeaSpace https://devlaunchers.org/ideaspace/submit
Login to view the idea submission form.

Device and OS

Mobile (tablets & smartphones)
Browsers: Based on our Google analytics analysis we should support the following browsers, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera.

Expected behavior

Please update the following in our Idea Submission form:

1). All our labels in the idea submission form should be on caps to follow our Dev Launcher's styleguide. Private Zenhub Image

2)- Update the description at the bottom of the form to "After submitting your idea, it will be reviewed and enter the workshopping stage!" Private Zenhub Image

So here is the thing: I went to check the file and to update according to Eliana's notes but apparently the Figma design file and the page on DevL.org are not the same. In the Figma file all the questions are in capital letters, and it's not the same on the website. I did update though the last image

Hey @NokaUX, thanks for bringing this up!

Maybe Iris could help us out here. She knows almost everything about this form. @alicefate, we're having a weird issue with the idea submission labels in production and staging. They're showing up in low caps and in our designs and the styleguide labels are in Caps. Do you know if this is coming from global style components? Did we change them at any point? Or is it a bug?

@dbradham same with this ticket. I wasn't able to see the updates in staging or production so I'm moving it back to QA.

Hey @dbradham, can you take a quick look at this for me? I moved it back to QA because the first part of this ticket doesn't seem to be finished in Staging.

Hi @dbradham and @Sherry19971998,

I'm taking a look at this ticket and noticed that the labels are still in lowercase in global staging. The style guide, which is part of the ticket requirements, specifies that labels should be uppercase.

Could you both please take a look and make sure the labels are updated to follow the style guide?

Moving this ticket back to QA again.
