[BUG] “Sort By” dropdown not sorting ideas correctly in the Browse page

Steps to replicate are

1. Go to IdeaSpace https://devlaunchers.org/ideaspace/browse
2. Try sorting ideas using the dropdown.

Device and OS

• Mobile (tablets & smartphones)
• Browsers: Based on our Google analytics analysis we should support the following browsers, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera.

Expected behavior

• The sorting dropdown should arrange ideas based on the option selected by the user.
• The dropdown should be aligned to the right as shown in our hi-fi mockups.

Actual behavior

• The dropdown for sorting isn’t sorting ideas properly based on the user's selection.
• The dropdown is centered in the page
