Currently, the Ideas Dashboard is not loading in production, because some Ideas are missing attributes causing null reference errors.

Acceptance Criteria:

If any Idea is missing data, it should not cause an issue to render other ideas in the dashboard
The Ideas Dashboard loads for all users, and shows the ideas they have submitted

@dbradham - this doesn't seem to be happening anymore. Can you recreate?

@chadcrotchett this only applies to "legacy" ideas.
