Remove Inline styles Remove hard-coded styles

Align them with Tailwind classes.

@dbradham I believe you commented about creating this Tech Debt item. Can you expand more about what you'd like to see?

@Nouri-Anouar @dbradham Can you two get together to determine a strategy for this?

Also, Dave you mentioned once that some values are hard-coded and would not update the theme correctly. Can you sync with Anour on whether that would actually be impacted by a Theme change? Anna thought it would not impact any component updates.
