Profile Not Published #240

All Profiles are linked to Users... The problem is none of them had been published yet which is very strange... I also noticed there were over 70 different Profile objects in the database, but only 14 users... these should be 1:1

Acceptance Criteria:

All Profiles are published upon creation in the database

So the scenario is:

When: Create a profile Current Then: It is in draft staus Expected Then: It is published

Is that right?

And in addition to this is it expected to clean the database. Right?
