FIx "getting started " and "introduction" #269

I fixed "getting started" and "introduction" for starters, please review and give me feedback. I will add the result of the review to other pages.

changes

  1. removed .docusaurus dir and add this to .gitignore. We don't manage build files.
  2. fixed the file name to match the URI of docs.devprotocol.xyz. Changing URI is terrible for SEO and UX.
  3. fixed the contents to match to the markdown rules like markdownlint
  4. fixed the contents to match the docs.devprotocol.xyz
