Add new maintainers for Fedora images #21

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

@dlouzan kindly offered to maintain the docker-images for Fedora (see https://github.com/dev-sec/ansible-collection-hardening/pull/677).

We need to invite him (and anyone else, @dlouzan?) into the organization so they can work.

Hey @rndmh3ro, I think it'd be a good idea to add on top my colleagues @nejch & @max-wittig too, but just let me know what your policy is here :bow:
