Fix: Dead links result in an error #271 #272

This fix:

adds the posibility to ignore files to be hardend
adds teh possibility to prevent errors because of dead links by simply set them on the ignore ist

can anybody lead me to a proper answerr why this test is failing? I would lvoe to fix that, however I have now clue where I have to do changes in order teh number of arguments are reporting fine again.

Hi @LooOOooM, since this night the automated tests are failing ... I don't know yet what has changed, have to look deeper into this
