@dev-zzo
I just opened my tired fingers and said that I would make a serious effort to add DESFire support into the stock Chameleon firmware sources after a year of letting the idea sit for me. I have a few questions for you about how to modify the fantastic start you have here into a working implementation that would be merged into main once completed:
What still needs to be done in the code (crucial missing pieces, and smaller up-to closed-source spec only details are much welcome here). My base point is the java code that I have seen and liked well here.
How does one test this firmware implementation with live devices? I have a few tags I can use, but I'm curious if you have any good tips.
Anything else you can say to talk me out of this before I start? :)
Thanks.
P.S. I couldn't find your email linked online. Mine is easy enough to find. If it would be easier to communicate that way about this prospective project, then that
actually works better for me.
