Basic sounds V1:

BGM for locations
Static, positioned sounds?
Dynamic sounds

Apparently, there are problems when trying to play music (songs) via the MediaPlayer class when Windows Media Player is not installed on the machine. Requiring that to be installed is plain stupid, so I'm checking what options do we have with XACT.

It works OK if you just add the Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Xact assembly to the references. No need to switch to HiDef! And we don't plan porting this to Windows Phone.
