Reject/Ignore call command with optional "I'll call you back" message #210

It'd be great if there were a text command to ignore/reject a call, or "defer" 
a call (reject the call and then send an automatic "I'll call you back" 
message).

Additional informations:
Phone model: HTC Glacier (MyTouch 4G)

Note sure if the android API provides these kind of control, will have a look. 
But an good idea.

CallCmd has now an "ignore" and an "reject" command. Reject works for me, 
ignore not.

Closing as reject is working, ignore (depends of the version of android: no 
more supported). Concerning the message you can use the standard sms command.
