Add/Set an Alarm #279

It would be nice to add/set alarms through GTalkSMS. I know there isn't a 
single Android Alarm, but a few supplied by various manufacturers, so this may 
require checking which is on a particular device OR maybe choosing a good third 
party one with decent intents.

Every time I put a pizza into the oven I miss this feature. But the missing 
generic Android Alarm interface always seemed to make this hard to maintain.

Could this considered with the new countdown feature in the clock of 4.2?

I think the countdown/stopwatch feature came with 4.1. Or at least it comes 
with CM10 (which I just installed yesterday on my SGS). I just depends if these 
components provide some kind of interface, usually via intents, to 
set/query/notify the countdowns/alarms/stopwatches. Ideally we would like to 
use an official API that is stable about different Android versions and 
devices. Not sure if such a thing exists. If you have any references, post them 
here.
