Place the 'send clipboard' button on a better location #314

In later GTalkSMS the 'send clipboard' button was placed right on the
MainScreen. Since 4.0 (?), when a user wants to send the clipboard content
he/she has to
1. Select commands
2. Find the clipboard command
3. Read the text that says "if the command's argument is empty the Android
clipboard will be send'
4. Press the right arrow button

We should place all actions that can be activated from the device (e.g. 'send
clipboard') on a extra TabFragment. ('Stop Ringing' would be anther candidate').

You have the "clipboard" command to retrieve remotely the clipboard of the
phone.
And you have the GTalkSMS shortcut in the share panel on your phone when you
select some text.

So both scenario are already covered.
Closing this issue.

BTW, with the last version "Stop ringing" button now appears in the
notification panel when GTalkSMS makes the phone rings.
