Migrated Gradle's apply method as it was deprecated #32

Migrated Gradle's apply method to declarative block type to apply Flutter Plugins as this method was depricated and not recommended to build or run apks in android side

please review changes and let me know if anything is wrong As a proof of correctness i am attaching this screenshot image
