Veloeclipse not working in RAD #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the plug-in and restart the RAD v7.0.0
2. Try to open any .vm file.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: The .vm file should be opened in the veloeclipse editor.
Actual output: Blank window as shown in the attachment.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IBM RAD v7.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Forgot to mention the OS. WinXP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 3.
