Bug 1.0.1 - Toastr Notifications #2

Even when disabled the toastr notification still fires, it doesn't if you disable that as well first. Issue is the logic doesn't take into account if the plug in is disabled just if the notifications are enabled. Will code in the logic which should do the trick.

Issue corrected and will be added in release 1.0.2
