New Discord Markdown Support #13

Currently, TeaBridge doesn't support Discord's new markdown, and 2 solutions [so far] have been proposed

Either solution is fine, but I personally think using MarKt would be the ideal solution, switching off of Patbox's Placeholder API, since it's something already written and can be used right now, also configurable programmatically. Sure, it's written in Kotlin but it should be able to be used in Java just fine.

This issue is created to keep track of any new Discord Markdown that needs to be supported.

Currently waiting for something from MarKt since it's currently struggling with multi-character markdown like **.
