Android 4.4.x requires READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on a device running 4.4.x Kit-kat (e.b. Nexus 5)
2. Try opening PDF file on the sd-card
3.

APV PDF viewer will fail to open PDF files on the sd-card

Tested with google play version: 0.4.0

Please add permission to AndroidManifest.xml:

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
