Add target _blank to links #280

Would be nice if you guys could add target="_blank" to all the links in rants and comments. This will tell the browser to open links in new tabs and will stop the browser from navigating away from devRant

+1 for this suggestions, it is nice to have it as I usually tend to forget to click on the scroll button to open in a new window lol And when using "Apple Magic Mouse" at work, there is no scroll button and it is a hell to get that right click working -.-
