Pytest workflow #3

The workflow set up needs to be tweaked. It's running Python 3.10, while we are developing on 3.11...

Before using PyTest, we need test....

Looks to be running ubuntu application? Not sure what that means... running an ubuntu instance of the software?

Can mark close as of now...supporting to builds (Windows/Ubuntu). It would be cool to see releases that support both Windows and this flavor of Linux.
