Time Display is One Hour Behind #11

The time displayed on the weather app is consistently one hour behind the actual local time for any location selected. I tested this issue with multiple locations from different time zones (New York, Lagos, London), and the displayed time was always one hour behind.

I’d like to make a fix for this as part of Hacktoberfest and GSSoC‘24 Extended
