package naming scheme (for beta)

We have varying package version naming scheme. Please update
all  pakckages to use 2.0b1 for version 2.0 beta 1. RPM packages have additional
package version number which should be updated only if changes affect just RPM 
packaging. 
Default value for it is 1.

Here is recommended list for files in current distribution

hamake-2.0b1.deb     
hamake-2.0b1-1.i386.rpm
hamake-examples-2.0b1.tar.gz
hamake-2.0b1.jar
}}}
