Foreach DTR doesn't re-launches task in case one of files from set has been changed #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ant clean examples.local
2. change one of jar files in build/lib folder
3. ant examples.local

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected behaviour is that jar-listings target will re-execute. None of 
DTRs will be launched instead.
