"mvn site" and nothing happens #78

I use mvn 3.6 on Windows and I have configured pox.xml and site.xml as described at https://devacfr.github.io/reflow-maven-skin/doc/reflow-documentation.html#doc-get-started. When I run mvn clean install site the site is built with the custom css Any ideas ?
