New locales and fixes

Description

This change incorporates new locales supported by PRs from hacktoberfest contributors and fixes for small issues.

These locales are now supported:

• hi - Hindi
• te - Telugu
• id - Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)
• pt-BR - Portuguese (BR)
