Request: Write a tutorial for getting rtmplite running on Amazon EC2 #68

It would be very useful to have a tutorial that is the equivalent of this 
(http://code.google.com/p/flash-videoio/wiki/VideoIOwithFMSonEC2), but for 
getting rtmplite up and running on EC2 instead of FMS. Could someone add this 
to the wiki?

I would like to know how to run the rtmfp on a linux server via putty and get 
that the script dont stop in a few minutes.

This tutorial also could help me.
