hmmm why is there no option for boring ol' plain cheese pizza?

I think we have regular cheese, but I think we should definitely make a "vegetarian section" to throw it into (to complement the vegan option).

I added regular cheese as a default, still going to yank this in as a dietary option and remove cheese (because it's a default now).
