Outreach Page - Who we work with #241

We got a new outreach page at https://www.devanooga.com/outreach/, while it's good we detail the members that are looking to do this kind of work, it would probably be ideal to mention who we end up working with or who is looking for work (currently I'm just using a Google sheet).
