Setup continuous integration. #32

This will aid us in adding support for Python 3.

Please add this package to Travis CI by following the instructions on https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/getting-started/ which is really easy. I have done so for my fork of passbook: https://travis-ci.org/mbaechtold/passbook/builds
