Image uploading issues

Thank for open source this plugin! I want to report some issues with images when publishing notes to my site:

• When Replace media links is turned off, images are uploaded but they aren't linked properly in the publish post, the value of src is the image name, not the image URL. Turn the option on solves the issue.
• When Replace media links is turned off, all images are uploaded everytime I publish the note (updating note content). I can see it's expected behavior as the plugin doesn't store uploaded images data anywhere. Turn the option on solves the issue. I think note property is good place to store the upload data.

This is an expected behavior to this option. IMO, media links should be replaced after publishing so WordPress posts chould render normally. But someone maybe want to keep local links in their notes for some reasons. Thus I add such option and it's default value is on.

I didn't quite follow your comment, what do you think should be added in not properties?
