Simple Fixes for Documentation Landing Page #206

The anchor capitalization fix (#Part-Fields -> #part-fields) seems to only be needed for Firefox since Chrome seems to be case insensitive about element IDs, but using lowercase is consistent with the way it is used in the table of contents anyway. The last link in the landing page is broken because the examples directory has been removed from this repository, but it is unclear to me where the examples were moved to and so I cannot fix it.

Thanks! (I did find the location of the examples directory. It was moved into the test directory.)
