Omit Workflow CommandType for PowerShell Core

Description

Not sure if this is intended for use with PowerShell Core but seems to work fine - I found I had to leave out the Workflow command type to make the template Pester test 'Help.tests.ps1' pass.

No probs. Love the project - I was hunting around for a Plaster template the other day and saw this mentioned on Reddit. Came across it again on the PowerShell and DevOps Global Summit 2019 videos and thought I’d give it a go. It’s great 👍
