Pages/blogs list: mouse pointer is changed to 'hand' while hovering status icon even it should not #1520

Open pages list -> hover any page status icon (published/not published): mouse pointer will be turned to hand which usually means that something will be done after click on hovered element, but actually status icon is not clickable Same in blogs list
