JetBrains version 0.1.1 still has users reporting a UnicodeDecodeError when adding unit tests #232

The user has installed the latest version of the JetBrains plugin (0.1.1), but they are still getting the 'UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xae in position 27: illegal multibyte sequence' error.
