Remove Description of '+' Button from Plugin Homepage Prompt Text

The plugin homepage currently contains a prompt text that describes the '+' button located to the left of the input field. However, this button has been removed from the UI, and adding context can now only be done through the 'Add to DevChat' option available via right-click. This outdated description could confuse users about how to add context.

Suggested Change:

• Please update the homepage prompt text to remove any mentions of the '+' button. It would help ensure the instructions align with the current UI and functionality.

Additional Context:

• Adding context is an important feature for our users, and ensuring clear instructions on how to do so is crucial. The current primary method to add context is through the 'Add to DevChat' option by right-clicking, and this should be clearly communicated.
