script to reconcile devcon website + google groups users #55

there should be a command line script that

given the list of users registered on slack (probably downloaded in advance from slack)
given the list of users registered on devcon website as members (probably downloaded in advance from firebase)
given the list of users registered on google groups (probably downloaded while executing the script)

would

delete users from devcon website that are not defined on slack (is this correct? probably better to keep them and do the other way round)
delete users from google groups that are not defined on slack
sends an email to solicit subscription on devcon website
sends a google group invite to all users that are on slack and are not on google groups

☝️ mh... this should be closed automatically with the commit above, maybe I'm doing something wrong. closing manually.
