Adding memebers to the org and DevConf.cz 2024 project

• Marketing and comms: Coordinates DevConf.cz communication and promotion.
• On-site volunteers: Coordinates DevConf.cz call for volunteers.
• Registration and check-in: Builds registration and coordinates check-in.
• Side initiatives: Coordinates DevConf.cz extra inititives and side activities.
• Social event: Coordinates DevConf.cz party.
• Venue logistics: Coordinates DevConf.cz venue prep.
• Virtual component: Coordinates DevConf.cz recording and streaming.
