[Feature Request]: Google Cloud CLI

Requested Feature

Install the Google Cloud CLI and allow for optional components, such as:

• kubectl
• minikube
• skaffold
• app-engine-python
• ... and others

There is a fork that is being worked on to update and maintain the features https://github.com/devcontainers-extra/features
