PowerShell Dev Container not published to Microsoft Artifact Registry #266

This image is not available for devcontainers to consume without building separately, which takes a while due to the common-utils. Is there something additional that needs to happen for this?

Are you referring to the Powershell Template?

Unfortunately, the devcontainers/images repo only accepts improvements and bug fixes for the current set of maintained images. Hence, we don't have any plans for adding support for new images.
