docs: corrections #283

Changes:

Fixes an oft-repeated proprty typo
Removes some duplicated text
Corrects description of kubernetes-helm-minikube template

I think it's better to remove the parenthetical comment in this case, than to replace it with e.g. docker-from-docker or docker-out-of-docker

Let me know if I need to squash commits
