RTL Support ? #23

Is there a plan to support RTL (right-to-left) for arabic/hebrew?

@j3dd4h I'm not familiar with RTL support for websites. I encourage you to contribute to the theme and lead this task. I'll support you as well.

They have been planning to add built-in support for RTL in the next stable Bootstrap v4 release. But, currently there is a separate work in this repo: https://github.com/MahdiMajidzadeh/bootstrap-v4-rtl that the bootstrap-rtl.css should be loaded as the latest css file in the pages and rtl class should be added to any element, then every thing inside that turn to RTL layout.
