[Feat]: Implement Infinite Scroll for Dynamic Content Loading in devdisplay #136

What feature?

Add infinite scroll to devdisplay to dynamically load content as the user scrolls. If there are no more pages, handle the case gracefully to avoid crashes, replacing the current manual pagination for a smoother user experience. Ensure proper error handling and smooth transitions during loading.
