Run pr-checks before generate

What issue is this referencing?

265 this will run pr-checks on Netlify before the site builds. So if there is formatting errors the build should fail and we can check in the logs for details. Before we were running linting and tests, this will add the formatting as well.

Does the following command run without warnings or errors?
