Add little blurb below the calendar about how to add things to the calendar

Currently we just have volunteers that add things to our calendar. Maybe people message the board if they want an event on the calendar for now?

I agree that we need some more transparency. Knowing who is adding the events (i don't know they ares) would be awesome so that we can:

• help them out if they are sick
• give them some more props (maybe add a widget under calendar)
• make it easier to add events and have a clearer process.

I've also thought about adding calendar items.

Maybe we can look at something called a resource calendar which only comes if you have a "paid/commercial" account but I think that we can apply for this as a non profit (hopefully they'll take pity).

Essentially the idea I have here is to book meetups as if they were a "room" at a workplace so the email would automatically accept any meetup calendar invite.

This might not be perfect but it might be an idea:).

The above tangent might be over-engineered, otherwise, we could get people to accept the events and send a message to the core calendar contributors.

On another note:

• There was a meetup night in September that I sent students that didn't happen so maybe we need to talk to edmonton unlimited to remove/cancel events on the calendar or have some type of clearer process on it.
