chore: update dependencies

What issue is this referencing?

this PR

• updates the dependencies to latest version
• replaces nuxt-icon with @nuxt/icon and installs the necessary icon packages
• update the node version
• lint
• fix the security issues suggested by npm (npm audit fix)

closes #404

It wasn't your internet. They didn't load for me first time I landed on the deploy preview, I checked the console and it said they all timed out loading. Hopefully just a weird deploy preview thing.
