I've pushed a new version of our Docker image here. Let me know if we need this in a DES-specific Docker account.

I just took a quick peek and it doesn't look like there's a not-for-profit organization plan. For now why don't we use the container you've setup above. If/when there's a need in the future we can register an account with a devedmonton.com email.
