Adding the support to send webhooks on batches of events:

Definition of the EventNotification type that aggregates multiple events of the same type
Webhook factories contract accepting EventNotification to build arrays of webhooks
Webhook factory strategy to generate one webhook for multiple events, or one webhook per event in the notification
